A single-storey Baikal house is full of furniture. The house seats 2 adults and 1 child. The house has all conveniences, which includes an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a set of tableware for cooking and eating, a music center, DVD, satellite television, a shower unit and a toilet. Additional cots are provided for married couples with children.

The price includes the following:

Additional cots are provided for married couples with children.

A Russian bath with a steam-room, a bathroom and a tea-drinking room. the house seats 8 persons. There are a table, benches, a canopy, a large cooking pot, a chargrill, a skewer, a barbecue grill.

The bath is supplied with:

1. A bathing cap;
2. Slippers.

There are the following products in the tea-drinking room:

1. Tea;
2. Coffee;
3. Sugar;
4. Honey;
5. Jam.

There is a garden-house in the fenced area, which is supplied with a table and benches, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a cutting board with a set of knives, satellite television, a music center and a guitar.

There are a chargrill, a large cooking pot, a barbecue grill, a great deal of skewers.

Summer garden house by the lake

Our tourist resort area has formed a lake let in the grounds – for catching carpus fish and we offer you to take pleasure of fishing. You will get all the equipment required on the spot.

There is a big summer garden-house at the lakeshore, which is divided into 3 recreation areas for three companies. There is a shed with chargrills, netting for grilling BBC and a great deal of skewers.
